During my 15 years at Fiserv, I held the following roles: Web Services Designer, Web Services Analyst, Web Services Coordinator, Solutions Architect, Senior, and Solutions Architect Advisor. Below are samples of the work completed during my time at Fiserv.

Business Online Application (UX Design)

I provided maintenance support and design rebrands to our over 1000 Business Online clients. Our process was to create, design, and maintain the front-end of the online banking application. Our application is provided as a blank slate, and through our basic and custom CSS branding options, we customized the application to match the client website for a cohesive user experience. I and my fellow senior team member created and maintained our basic and custom CSS templates for the team. When product released updated versions of the application, we would review the template to ensure functionality was not impacted.

Retail Online Application (UX Design)

Our team also provided support for over 2000 Retail Online clients. This included maintenance support and design rebrands. We create, design, and maintain the front-end of the online banking application. Our application is provided as a blank slate, but through our CSS expertise, we customize the application to match the client website for a cohesive user experience.
