Error Tracker Jacker

Error Tracker Application:

In order to avoid errors, data is needed. We need to know what errors we are committing, understand why and implement processes to mitigate the errors. The Error Tracker Jacker (named after the famous "Tracker Jackers" from the Hunger Games) was created to identify errors. Once errors are identified, we can see where 80% of the problems occur and work towards avoiding them.

As part of the Six Sigma Yellow Belt course, we were required to set up a plan to reduce errors and rework. In order to proceed, we needed to find out what errors we were making and track them across remote teams. The solution was to create an error tracking app to gather all the information in one place.

I created the application using soley HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
